● Catering requests require TWO FULL WORKING days notice prior to event, along with final numbers and dietary requirements to ensure availability of all menu items selected
- MADHAM can assist with gluten, dairy, lactose free, vegetarian & vegan options however at times other dietary requirements may not always be able to be catered for
- Additional charges apply to all listed dietary requirements
- Individually named plated options incur additional charges on top of dietary charges
- All catering equipment is to remain in function area to allow for easy pick up, if items are not in function area at time of pick up extra charges will be added to your final invoice
- MADHAM do not do drinks only services, food most be accompany drinks with cost of food being be equal to or greater than the cost of drinks.
- Each service delivery less than $150.00 will incur a $25 service fee, to avoid these charges at times MADHAM will deliver multiple services in one delivery, we suggest a member of your team be available to store menu options for the later service to place in room at appropriate times.
- All orders under $150 will incur a $25 minimum order fee
- All orders under $150 that require a return clearing due to collection of hot drinks service will incur an additional $25 return clear charge.
- Where a selected menu item is under the minimum number required the item will automatically be increased to adhere to our minimum order guidelines.
- All services are now sent on disposable platters if this is not suitable for your catering needs please contact us to discuss options.. MADHAM staff will only return to clear where there are hot drinks for a service.
- Savoury items are just that, they are not sent hot, if you wish to serve hot they will need to be reheated at delivery end.
- Deliveries and pick-ups prior to 8am and after 5pm incur additional charges
- A 15% service charge applies to weekend events
- Deliveries to some areas may incur additional fees
- All prices are exclusive of GST
- Payment methods accepted: 14 day account / EFT / Credit card
- ***Credit card details must be supplied at time of placing request
- We do not accept american express
- Late fees may apply to overdue invoices
- Cancellation fees will apply within the 24 hours of service time.
- Allergy Disclaimer: It should be noted food is prepared in a commercial kitchen where we handle seafood shellfish peanuts tree nuts dairy lactose & gluten products wheat soy eggs, food prepared in our kitchen may therefore contain traces of these items. All care is taken in the preparation of dietary requirements, but the decision to consume the meal is the responsibility of the diner.
